Stuart Hobley

Stuart Hobley is the Director of The Linbury Trust, one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trust grant making trusts. The Linbury Trust is the principle funder of the Linbury Prize. He is responsible for consistently developing and managing strong cultural, social, environmental and community projects that achieve the Trust's values.

 

Stuart was previously Director for England: London and South at the National Lottery Heritage Fund, responsible for advocating the important role that heritage, arts and culture play in our modern life. He also sits on the Mayor of London’s Culture Leadership Board, as well as the steering committee for the Greater London Authority’s London Borough of Culture programme.
